When was the first time you shopped online?
Mid 2000’s, I was a big eBay fan!

Meeting hygiene: shared background and agendas, right people in the meeting, no wasted time, clear accountable next steps.
If you weren’t in ecommerce, what industry would you like to work in?
I love the QSR space (Quick Service Restaurants). I’ve wanted to bring Chipotle to Australia since trying it whilst on exchange in the US in 2010!
What takes up too much of your time?
Personally, probably Twitter, although I gain some really interesting learnings and insights from it. Professionally, like most people I’d have to say meetings but every time we review the meetings schedule, they turn out to be necessary and valuable.
What did you wantto be when you were five years old?
No recollection of wanting to be anything but present and having fun back then. It wasn’t too many years after that I wanted to be Adam Sandler in whatever movie I got to watch him in.

Seeing a movie by myself paired with some form of burger and fries.

Food tour throughout all of Asia.
Say you’re stranded on a desert island (and all basics are met), what are three things you would take with you?
- Boody undies – it’s a given
- iPhone – necessary evil
- My orthopedic neck pillow/ear plugs/eye mask – still need healthy sleep on a stranded island!
If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If you had a time machine, where would you time travelto, and why?
New York in the roaring twenties. It seemed prosperous and fun, without the knowledge of what was to come in the world.

Moving to another major city for a period of time. It’s a huge life unlock.
What could you give a 40-minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation?
I don’t see myself as an expert in any one thing but I can certainly talk for a while about consumer technology and ecommerce.
