Adore Beauty x 7-Eleven: A Batch Brewed in Heaven
In a surprising collaboration, Adore Beauty and 7-Eleven are joining forces to create and sell a coffee scrub, made from the convenience store's famous $1 coffee.
Did you have this on your e-commerce bingo card? 7-Eleven is launching a coffee scrub made from their famous $1 coffee beans. But here’s the catch, it’s only $1 to buy, and is exclusively available for purchase on Adore Beauty.
The coffee scrub, which is described as ‘high quality’ can be purchased in 7-Eleven stores across the country, and will be exclusively shippable on the Adore Beauty website.
“We’re thrilled to be launching 2022’s most unexpected arrival in beauty, the 7-Eleven Coffee Body Scrub,” said Adam Jacka, the Head of Marketing Communications at 7-Eleven.
“We wanted to showcase the quality of our coffee beans in a new way, which took us down the unexpected path of launching a premium beauty product – our 7-Eleven Coffee Scrub. Hopefully, the proof is in the scrub and it encourages Aussies to give our iconic coffee a try,” he told Power Retail.

This scrub is created using the same Arabica and Robusta beans that are used in 7-Eleven’s cups of coffee. Moreover, it’s advertised as 100 percent naturally derived, cruelty-free and vegan, the convenience store explained.
“One of the main points of difference for us is that it’s entirely unexpected that 7-Eleven would launch a premium beauty product, but that’s the really exciting part. It’s a brilliant way to showcase our great coffee in a new and exciting way for Australians,” said Jacka.
“The other unique part of it is that it’s made from the same aromatic Arabica and Robusta beans found in the millions of cups of freshly ground coffee we sell each year at 7-Eleven. So whether you’re exfoliating, rejuvenating or caffeinating with one of our iconic coffees, it’s all using the same premium beans that you can enjoy in one of our stores across the country,” he told us.
The scrub landed on the Adore Beauty website this morning. There is a limit of one unit per customer, and is available only for a limited time.
Of the launch, Adore Beauty CEO, Tennealle O’Shannessy, shared her enthusiasm. “Adore Beauty is the go-to online shopping destination for all things beauty,” she told Power Retail. “We’re excited to be working with 7-Eleven on this collaboration to help bring to life such a fun and creative concept!”
