Appliances Online has proved that size is no issue for them with its Legendary Service now offering same day delivery across its whole range.

Pureplay online appliance retailer Appliances Online has upgraded its Legendary Service to include same day delivery across its entire range. The service includes same day delivery for big and bulky items such as whitegoods, mattresses and furniture. The service is available Monday to Friday to customers who order by midday and are located in selected metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Same Day Delivery service costs $50, including for large whitegoods.

The Legendary Service also includes free standard delivery across its range, free connection, and removal.

According to James Bartlett, General Manager of Appliances Online, the service has been trialled in Sydney and has seen a solid uptake so far. “We have been offering Same Day Delivery for a few weeks now, with many customers using the service and appreciating the extra convenience, especially when it comes to needing to replace an item, including larger whitegoods, which helps them with their daily live,” he said.

“We are proud to offer Same Day Delivery to customers in metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, across our entire range, including whitegoods, mattresses and furniture, a first for big and bulky products,” said John Winning, Founder of Appliances Online & CEO of Winning Group. “Our same day delivery service ensures that we can provide customers with our legendary service within hours and when it’s needed the most, so that when a fridge breaks down, hundreds of dollars of food doesn’t go to waste. We look forward to expanding this service to more delivery areas within Australia over the next 12 months”.

Back in February, Winning celebrated Appliances Online’s award winning Legendary Service and announced the company is undertaking a transformation from a retail business to ‘an experience company’ over the next 12 months.
