BigCommerce Platform Named a “Strong Performer” for B2B Commerce Suites
BigCommerce has been named a 'Strong Performer" among B2C and B2B commerce suites in the 'Forrester Wave' report conducted by Forrester Research.
The Forrester Wave evaluates commerce suites in the B2C and B2B markets and scores them based on the vendor measurements. Furthermore, the Forrester Wave aims to ‘help digital business professionals select the right provider for their needs’.
BigCommerce has been the leader for e-commerce across Australia. The Forrester Wave has scored BigCommerce with the ‘highest possible scores’ in the six total criterion, and found that BigCommerce is the ‘best fit for companies that value streamlined operations across related functions’.
BigCommerce has been awarded the highest possible scores for the following categories:
- Expanded Sales Channels (B2C Wave)
- A/B and Multivariate Testing
- Platform Architecture
- Platform Integration
- Delivery Model
- Technology Partners and Marketplace (B2B Wave).
