All Stars Legend – Julie Mathers
A purpose-driven entrepreneur and leader, Julie Mathers was inducted as our All Star Legend. She is an engaging leader with strong ethical fortitude and ambition, launching Flora & Fauna in 2014 which has grown into Australia’s largest cruelty-free and vegan marketplace. This year, she has taken on the role of CEO at Snuggle Hunny Kids, acquiring the company late last year.
Julie Mathers was an obvious pick for our Legends award winner. Her sustainability efforts have made a huge positive impact on the world, and her ecommerce leadership skills are both admirable and inspirational.
Each year we expand our data collection, research and analysis to identify the top online retailers in Australia. In addition to our Switched On Benchmarking data, retailers across the country submit entries for the awards. Entrants are then ranked based on an extensive range of quantitative and qualitative measures and weighted by our analysis and esteemed panel of judges. This year our panel of esteemed judges features Professor Gary Mortimer of QUT, Loyalty Specialist Adam Posner, MI Academy Managing Director Alita Harvey-Rodriguez, Ecommerce Coach Kelly Slessor, and Sustainability Specialist Anna Forster from The Purpose Agents.
A huge congratulations to all our nominees and winners, and a big thank you to all you fabulous all star attendees for making the night one to remember.
