BREAKING: Bunnings Takes Home #1 Online Retailer Award!
For the second year in a row, Bunnings Warehouse is the No.1 Online Retailer of the Year at the Power Retail All Star Bash 2022.
Last night at the 7th annual All Star Bash, the multichannel retailer was named the No.1 Online Retailer of the Year. This is the second time the retailer has ousted Woolworths from the top spot, which dominated the list for three years running.
Bunning Warehouse is undoubtedly one of the biggest and most recognised retailers in the country. Over the course of the last 18 months, the retailer implemented a series of innovations such as Drive & Collect, Click & Deliver, Bunnings Marketplace and its Product Finder App.
Moreover, in 2021, Bunnings was dubbed the third Most Trusted Brand by Roy Morgan, following its top spot the year prior.
Famous for its in-store experience, the retailer had to work to replicate it for its e-commerce offering. In the last 12 months, it has delivered an enhanced UX and e-commerce experience, fine-tuning its online offering for Aussie consumers.
The home improvement retailer has continued to deliver innovative services for Australian consumers, thus cementing its top spot as the No.1 Online Retailer, for the second year in a row.
