Winners of 2021 All Star Bash Announced!
The biggest night celebrating the best of Australian online retail took place last night, with some of the biggest retail names taking home enormous awards. Check out the full list of winners below.
With more than 800 guests in attendance, 2021 All Star Bash, hosted by Power Retail, was the biggest yet. Some of the country’s leading retailers and brands were in attendance, including Bunnings, Woolworths, Rebel and Adore Beauty.
Some of the big winners included Adore Beauty, who took home three awards over the night.

Adore Beauty took home three awards at the 2021 All Star Bash
Awarded the coveted No.1 Online Retailer Award was Bunnings Warehouse. The retailer was a major winner online from the pandemic, and experienced a quantum leap in traffic and sales, propelling itself ahead of the supermarket duopoly, Woolies, for the first time in All Star Bash history.
Coming in close behind, the top ten included: Woolworths, Kmart, Coles, Kogan, Catch, Target, Chemist Warehouse, Officeworks and JB-Hi-Fi.

Bunnings Warehouse took out the coveted No.1 Online Retailer Award.
In developing the Top 100, Power Retail has developed a ranking methodology that analyses retailer performance across the four key dimensions of the consumer lifecycle; Acquisition, Conversion, Fulfilment and Retention.
“With COVID-19 forcing Australians online more than ever before, it’s been very impressive to watch how brands have adapted quickly to the high demand. Retailers that led the charge, including Bunnings, JB Hi Fi and Officeworks, did well because they learnt to diversify their networks and not just rely on one channel for success,” said Grant Arnott, the Managing Director of Power Retail.
“Electrical, essentials and sports were the major upward movers in 2020, with Microsoft jumping 24 spots, and Rebel, BCF and Anaconda climbing into the Top 25. COVID really flipped the board as some of the stronger fashion brands struggled with supply and sales, and so we have seen a major shake-up in this year’s list.
“While online shopping has been great for brands in helping them survive the pandemic, now customer loyalty will become key. Brands need to ensure repeat purchasing is occurring and that there is a focus on personalisation in 2021. Revenue and traffic overall is still increasing year-on-year and the conversion rate is strong, so the onus will be on retailers to ensure they’re delivering the best user experience possible, otherwise, shoppers will simply look elsewhere,” he said.
Without further ado, below are the full list of winners of the 2021 All Star Bash. Congratulations to all nominated and awarded!

All Star Legends
Gabby and Hezi Leibovich were inducted as All Star Legends last night. The pair have become an intrinsic part of an Aussie e-commerce empire. Gabby and Hezi saw themselves as ‘David v Goliath’ in the business world and started Catch of the Day, now one of the most successful e-commerce businesses in Australia.
Together, they know that the best way to advance in the Australian e-commerce industry was to collaborate and work together with competition. They refer to this as the ‘1+1=3 Principle’. This is one of the catalysts of the successful merging of EatNow and MenuLog, which happened in September 2019. Congratulations to Gabby and Hezi!

Gabby and Hezi Leibovich, Co-Founders of Catch, were awarded the All Star Legends titles.
A massive congratulations to everyone nominated and awarded at the 2021 All Star Bash awards.
