2020 is the year of new lessons, change and growth. Australia has certainly been hit hard with the bushfires in January and now the pandemic. It's safe to say that retail is going through the wringer, and the entire country needs to come together to regrow.

Click Frenzy is taking the first steps to regenerate the Australian retail economy with its themed Mayhem sale ‘Let’s Regrow’. With so many Australian on their knees and store closures driving shoppers to purchase online, this 54-hour sale is the first steps to rejuvenating the industry.

“We know that many retailers in Australia have been hit hard by COVID-19, as have so many people,” explained Grant Arnott, the Managing Director of Click Frenzy. “We’ve offered all Australian retailers a chance to join the Mayhem event and have had hundreds already taking up the free advertising opportunity. For shoppers out there, you are going to see loads of awesome deals from our biggest collection of retailers ever in Click Frenzy Mayhem.”

Click Frenzy may be the online sale that stops a nation, but this event is set to re-start it. With its theme of ‘Let’s Regrow’, this sale will also provide the opportunity for retailers to gets leg up in hard times.

“In 2019, the Mayhem event broke new records and now with some light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel, we’re aiming to deliver an all-time high kick for shoppers and for retailers in 2020,” Arnott explained.

As a part of its theme of ‘Let’s Regrow’, Click Frenzy is offering every Australian retailer a $1000 voucher to advertise during this extra-critical retail event. The stimulus has no strings attached and is designed to give all retailers a chance to benefit from Click Frenzy’s broad national reach to over a million online shoppers.

Online retailers such as Flora & Fauna is ‘looking forward’ to capitalising on the vital retail stimulus.

“At Flora & Fauna, we are really looking forward to Click Frenzy’s Mayhem event. Our purpose is to shine the spotlight on sustainability helping us all make more ethical, and kinder, choices. We’re hoping to see plenty of Australians take advantage of our huge offers on May 19,” said Julie Mathers, the CEO and Founder of Flora & Fauna.

Furthermore, Click Frenzy has partnered with Good360 for this event. This charity connects brand new goods donated by businesses to people in need across Australia. Since the beginning of the pandemic-related restrictions, Good360 has distributed more than 366,000 essential items to vulnerable Aussies. As part of the partnership, retailers and consumers will be able to make a donation to support their work during this event.
