“Forget Other Global Marketplaces” – Click Central Goes Live!
Click Frenzy's highly anticipated marketplace, Click Central, has launched. The digital marketplace is an 'everyday destination' for lovers of the online sales event, with more than 120,000 products on its platform.
This is quite different from the Click Frenzy shopping event, which is regarded as a limited time and ‘high intensity’ – however, Click Central will be available all year round, giving shoppers the same exciting discounts and products at any time.
Mark Gray, the Head of Marketplaces at Click Frenzy, told Power Retail that the marketplace is working with many leading Australian brands and merchants for what he believes will be the “true best-in-market deals”.
“For our launch, we’ve curated 150 best-in-market deals shoppers can really get excited about. This is on top of the 120,000 great products they can discover on the site, with thousands more being added weekly. It’s going to be a huge few days for online shoppers in Australia, and we’re mega excited to put the absolute best deals on show for our grand opening,” he said.

Click Central is being launched in an extraordinarily short timeframe – it took just over three months to develop and then launch the entire platform. Mark Gray has credited the experienced team he leads at Click Central and its tech partners Mirakl and Adobe. Gray has years of experience in marketplaces. His past roles include helping to launch both Catch marketplace in Australia and TheMarket.com in New Zealand. As Managing Director for Australasia at ChannelAdvisor, Mark worked directly with eBay, Amazon, TradeMe, China’s TMall, South Korea’s GMarket and Japan’s Rakuten, to name a few.

Click Central will also be launching its reward program shortly, dubbed Frenz with Benefits, which includes discounts and promotions on leading products across the marketplace. “For the kids, for your partner, for your pets, and for yourself, you’re going to discover something special at Click Central,” Gray said. “Forget the other global marketplaces, Click Central is the prime destination for finding what you want from local merchants, with no overseas unknown resellers here, just great brands you know and trust! We can’t wait to lift the curtain on it.”
Gray told Power Retail that it would be ‘an awesome week for Australia’s online shoppers” with the launch of Click Central. “We are going to have a wide range of incredible deals, and we’re all about supporting Australian business, so check it out – there’s nothing to lose, and you may just score the bargain of a lifetime,” he said.
Disclosure: Click Frenzy Pty Ltd is owned by Global Marketplace, the parent company of Power Retail.
