Inside Click Central’s Partnership with ChannelAdvisor

Power Retail By Power Retail | 21 Oct 2021

ChannelAdvisor is integrating with Click Central – this partnership aims to enable and expand on its current offering, reach new merchants and increase its current online presence.

Click Central launched in May this year to complement the online mega sale Click Frenzy. The online marketplace seeks to provide the amazing deals offered on Click Frenzy, 365 days of the year. Moreover, it aims to capture the best brands and has a unique proposition to deliver rich content and provide Australian consumers with ‘something special’ with as little friction as possible.

“ChannelAdvisor is excited to welcome Click Central to our premier network of partners,” said ChannelAdvisor Managing Director, APAC, Simon Clarkson. “This integration provides another excellent opportunity for merchants to reach new buyers and expand their marketplace presence, and Click Central offers an appealing platform that can benefit both shoppers and merchants.”

ChannelAdvisor clients will now be able to sell on the Click Central platform, said Mark Gray, Director of Marketplaces at Click Central. “We’re committed to providing an unsurpassed experience for shoppers and merchants alike, through an environment that presents high-quality products in a dynamic and appealing way,” he shared.

Gray has worked with his fair share of marketplaces, and has a plethora of ‘best in class’ lessons under his belt. “Every online marketplace has its focus and what makes it a little bit distinctive, but what I’ve learned over the years is that whilst the customer experience is important, it’s really about creating the opportunity for the merchants and brands to retain more control about how they showcase their offerings,” he told Power Retail in May.

He explained that in order to succeed in e-commerce, retailers need to incorporate a diverse, multichannel strategy. “A diverse, multichannel strategy is becoming a cornerstone to succeed in e-commerce, and Click Central is an optimal destination for sellers to connect with loyal shoppers actively searching for deals,” he said. “We look forward to our partnership with ChannelAdvisor and the benefits it will bring to our network of consumers and merchants.”

Disclosure: Click Frenzy Pty Ltd is owned by Global Marketplace, the parent company of Power Retail.

I ordered a 3 piece white Hampton style outdoor setting on the 13th October for $289.95.
Today I received 1 chair and 1 table. The second chair did not arrive.
    My tracking no is 7865701066251.
When will the 2nd chair be delivered?
    Thank you very much.
