Power Retail is entering the final frontier. As decided by Nathan Brown, CEO of Global Marketplace, Power Retail will pivot its e-commerce insights and focus its attention on the retail opportunities in space.

Trust us when we say the opportunities will be out of this world.

After finding inspiration from the myriad billionaires that are entering space, like Jeff Bezos’ New Shepard and Elon Musk’s SpaceX projects, Power Retail wanted to get in on the action.

It got us thinking. The team at Power Retail have started to gravitate towards Space Commerce. It’s an industry that needs exploration and is constantly expanding, and Power Retail is the perfect candidate to do it.

“We are passionate about the Space Commerce industry,” says Nathan Brown, CEO of Global Marketplace, and Mission Specialist at Power Retail. “We have heard about the possibilities in space, such as ring shopping on Saturn, and getting your favourite coffee at Star-bucks, but space commerce is sure to take off!”

What’s more, in 2023, Power Retail will be taking the name All Star Bash very seriously, hosting the event on the nearest star – the sun!

“The All Star Bash is always a great event, but we know we can take it further. We’ve hit many milestones, such as having more than 1,000 people attend the 2021 event, but we want to take things to the next level. In fact, we want to be lightyears ahead of the competition,” Brown says. “We’re shooting for the stars!”

It’s not just Power Retail that is journeying into the void – Tony Nash, the CEO Of Booktopia, is also keen to go cosmic. “My favourite genre right now is comet books!” he tells us. “Plus, I’m reading a book about anti-gravity, and it’s just impossible to put down! I think that space commerce is the future. We’re jumping on the bandwagon early to capture the book-loving Martian community before Jeff Bezos gets his hands on them!”

We have also heard rumours that Kogan will get on board too, selling plasma TVs to aliens at prices to suit their rockets. “I think there’s also an opportunity to get them onto music, too – I’ve heard they love the Neptunes out there!” Kogan shares. “They’ll be Cyllene like hotcakes!”

We think it’s a stellar idea. Watch this space!
