Sheridan Breaks Barriers with Interactive Masterclass
Sheridan is launching an interactive home stying masterclass with Sydney-based interior stylist, Steve Cordony, aiming to better understand customer needs.
The interactive styling masterclass features home styling tips and tricks, as well as a new platform for customers to shop.
The platform features ten clips and is powered by ‘unique interactive technology’, developed in Melbourne by video platform, Vudoo. Within each video, there are ‘pins’ that hover over different products and allow customers to purchase immediately.
“Innovation and customer engagement are very important to us at Sheridan,” said Eloise Walsh, the Head of Social Media at Sheridan.
“Shoppable video is revolutionising the way our customers can shop and interact with the brand and it allows us to provide a first-class shopping experience in an industry that is rapidly evolving. Having the ability to shop our products, whilst simultaneously learning new styling tips from world-class stylists such as Steve Cordony, is an experience customers won’t find anywhere else.”
Not only does the video help customers understand the power of the products available, but the interactive video gives Sheridan insights into the engagement and products that customers prefer and generate the most interest.
Some of the videos include ‘Styling Silk’, ‘Sustainable Winter Styling’, ‘Escape to the Country’ and many others.
